The current estimated production period is 3–10 months (please check the product page for specific timelines), followed by an additional 2–4 weeks for shipping, depending on your location. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Every Woola pet is individually handcrafted to resemble your pet using the needle felting technique and 100% natural soft wool. This meticulous process involves manually compressing wool fibers to form detailed textures and shapes. Each nose and mouth is carefully made by hand, while full-body Woola petfeature an internal wireframe that provides stability and allows gentle movement of the paws and tail.

During the creation process, we’ll share photos and videos for your feedback. If you have any concerns, we’ll communicate and make adjustments to ensure your woola felted pet truly reflects your pet. Our team is dedicated to precision and capturing every unique detail of your companion.

Please keep in mind that while we strive to portray your pet as accurately as possible, slight color variations may occur due to screen differences. Additionally, the natural texture of wool and the inherent limits of the needle felting technique may result in minor deviations from a perfect match.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you’re not entirely happy with your Woola felted pet, please reach out to us at contact@woolapets.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

Because each Woolever Friend is a one-of-a-kind creation made with great time and care, we’re unable to accept returns.

If you’d like further adjustments, you’re welcome to send your Woolever Friend back to us at your own shipping cost, and we’ll happily make the modifications needed to ensure it meets your expectations.

Order Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total price is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot on our waiting list. This deposit allows us to allocate time and resources specifically for your custom portrait.

If you decide to cancel your order before we begin the project, we’ll refund any payments made, excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Once work on your order has started, cancellations are no longer possible, as considerable time and materials have already been invested in creating your personalized piece.
